What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all secure payments with all major credit cards. Once you checkout your items, you will be redirected to our payment form.
How do you ship merchandise?
A. The carriers that we provide are USPS, FEDEX or UPS. You can choose the carrier of your choice at checkout. Please allow 2 business days for order processing, and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. (USPS delivers on Saturdays). If your item is a pre-order, delivery dates will be listed in the description.
Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship international. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. International shipments usually take about 6-15 business day to arrive. All products are shipped Standard International through United States Postal Service.
How can I track my order?
A. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped.
Can I return my order?
A. Orders can be inquired for a return within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returns or exchanges are not valid on any sales/promos, or orders using discount codes.
Returned items received with tags attached or worn will be sent back at your expense. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that if we send you a return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. If you would like you can also send the package back at your expense. Please note that any unapproved returns will not be accepted and the item(s) will be sent back at your expense.
Can I exchange my item?
A. Exchanges can only be made for damaged items during transit, mislabeled items, or for size purposes within 14 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. Please note that any unapproved exchanges will not be accepted and the item(s) will be sent back at your expense.
I tracked my exchange, and it says that it has been delivered to you but I have not received any confirmation. How long does it take to process an exchange?
A. We will process your return or exchange within 2-3 business days. Once we have processed your return or exchange we will send you a confirmation to your email. For returns, depending on your bank you will see the return issued back within 5-10 business days.
What do I do if I receive the wrong items?
A. We generally do not ship out wrong merchandise, but if you happen to receive something other than what you ordered, please send an email to email@example.com with the confirmation of your order and the items you purchased. If indeed we are at fault, we will send a shipping label to return the item(s), and exchange it for the correct merchandise.
What do I do if I am missing my package?
A. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage items once it has left our facility. We do however, offer ROUTE shipping insurance during check out. If your tracking status states that your order has been delivered, any claims would need to be made by the customer via ROUTE or USPS.
